I have heard that Bootcamps are extremely strenuous and the instructors will yell at me?
At our bootcamps you will find people of all different levels of fitness, from the complete beginner to our Hardcore athletes. Our workouts are designed so that your trainer can coach you at your own individual level, and NO, we do NOT yell at you.

Do I have to train at the same times each week?
Although we do encourage you to train with your chosen workout group, as long as we have space in one of our other workouts you can attend. You just sign up using the link above.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
All you need to bring is your self, we do ask you wear loose fitting clothing suitable for exercise and your own exercise mat. We also recommend bringing a towel and we do insist you bring water. Did we mention that smiles are mandatory and you must have a positive attitude.
How much does your Bootcamp cost?
We know that you will love our workouts and the results that come with it. Considering hiring a trainer can cost $600 – $1000 per month our Group Training program is the most affordable way to train. We have memberships starting at only $129 month. What a great deal.
